I am fluent in GIMP and photo shop not so much...

I only took classes on it but I never tried a comic with it...

Paint is a savior for all of us. Me, I can't offer any Photoshop advice, as the most advanced I get is Paint.NET.

I don't know how to make a comic on photoshop, but I know how to add SFX. :D.

I am making the next comic, although it will be a long time before I can post it due to technical difficulties with the school's internet system.

The next comic is done. Now I just need to get home and put my laptop on outlet power so I can post it. At least I learned something from this: my laptop's battery only lasts for a period and a half.

The best part, though, is that it's entirely made in Paint.NET!
